This onsite service is offered to help organizations orient new healthcare-focused Incident Management Team members or expand the knowledge, skills and abilities of your existing team.
If you have an exercise in the planning stages or a planned event occurring, our subject matter experts will come on site and help mentor your team in utilization of the Incident Command System (ICS). Classroom teaching can only accomplish so much and this service helps to give your team members real-time support as they gain confidence in using the ICS to manage drills, exercises and events.
At the completion of this service your participating personnel will be provided a IMT- Position Task Book with demonstrated skills signed off by your team’s mentor. This documentation will be useful as you plan future training and exercises and as validation to accrediting agencies as to your National Incident Management System (NIMS) compliance.
Target Audience: All healthcare and public health organizations.
Duration: Client based upon drill, exercise or event and time of Incident Management Team activation.
