Roughly 70% of the fire services in the United States are volunteer, with many of them also running EMS.   As a person who spent about 17 years in the volunteer fire and EMS world, I also know how thankless the position of training officer can be.  Not everyone wants training until the few months before they need to have their CEUs or after a particularly nasty or unusual call.

I put together a build-a-course program that I think will be offer useful options when designing your EMS education. You can schedule one class or a whole years worth of one night a month EMS training.  Many courses have complimentary skill stations and I can work with you to design, facilitate and evaluate a HSEEP compliant exercise. Knowing the volunteer community, all of these offerings are available on weekends as well.
