Already have a firm grasp of the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) and want to expand their practical application of the tool and\/or;<\/p>\n<p>2. Are smaller organizations wanting to receive education in how to scale and use the HICS to fit their organizations staffing level and standard operating procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Both courses will\u00a0enhance your hospital\u2019s preparedness and provide personnel with the opportunity to validate and expand their self confidence in applying the HICS. \u00a0These courses use exercises in a team environment to facilitate discussion and learning.
