In fact, I&#8217;ve found ideas from all over the globe. <\/p>\n<p>Right now, I am seeking best practices for operational procedures when establishing post-disaster shelters &#8212; especially if they&#8217;re designed for people who cannot be accommodated within a general population shelter.  Ideas? Sources?
