Quite a fascinating read and probably as effective as coffee in waking one up is reading the new Al-Qaeda “Inspire” publication.  Glossy pictures, guest authors and a wide range of topics ensure something for everyone.

Some people may abhor the organization, tactics and objectives but that should be all the more reason to read the publication and give them credit where credit is due.  You don’t see a lot of gray areas, double-talk and political correctness from their leadership which means they are much more effective strategically than we can ever hope for with our politicians.

Hopefully I did not just malign Al-Qaeda leadership by comparing them to our politicians, such defamation could result in this blog losing it’s author. For example, Molly Norris in Seattle, Washington started the “Everybody Draw Mohammed Day”.  From Inspire I quote…”  This snowball rolled out from between her evil fingers.  She should be taken as a prime target of assassination along with others who participated in her campaign.  This campaign is not a practice of freedom of speech, but is a nationwide mass movement of Americans joining their European counterparts in going out of their way to offend Muslims worldwide. They are expressing their hatred of the Messenger of Islām صلى الله عليه وسلم through ridicule.

A simple message is delivered to Muslims in the United States, move or support the ummah by working inside the West such as the operations of Niđāl Ĥassan and Faisal Shahzād.

Like I said, a better wake-up than a good cup of Starbucks.
